Mindset.

It’s no secret the world is changing at an ever increasing pace. We’re encountering challenges and opportunities in a way we have never experienced before. Our children might be living on Mars!

Success in this context requires an adaptable mindset driven by curiosity, courage and resilience. You need to explore to discover opportunities and solutions; be brave enough to try new things and stand for what you believe in; and most critically, be ready to dust yourself off and get back on the horse when experiencing failure (and you will fail your way to success!).

Below are some resources handpicked by our EiR's that have helped them frame their mindsets. We would love to know what resources have been critical for you, let us know!

Starting up.

Some people say the first step is the hardest.

Getting started is all about accepting you don’t have all the answers, you’ll need to figure out who has and how you can uncover them.

Learning how to self analyse and focus on the problem you aim to solve rather than the solution you have created is critical in a world where up to 90% of startups fail.

Getting started should not be scary thing. Think big but start small - prove your concept and grow from there.

Below are some resources that helped our own EiR's make decisions on their journeys, what helped you get started?

Growth.

OK, so you have something going. You have built an MVP, tested it, tweaked it, broke it and rebuilt it - awesome.

Now it’s time to start growing. Growth comes from different sources. Sometimes exposure through marketing drives the process and other times it requires good old hard work - getting out there - networking and selling the dream to anyone who will listen.

Our EiR's recommend both.

Spend some time in the content below to get a grip in the basics of social media, networking and creating what one might call "luck". Also, let us know what drives your growth!
